True Crime Book Club

If you're looking for a genre that proves the old cliché "the truth is stranger than fiction," then you can't really do better than true crime. Join us at WORD Brooklyn to discuss the best books about murders solved and unsolved, crimes that inspired literary classics, and probably some cults.

This group is curated and led by Tori Telfer and meets on the third Saturday of the month at 3 p.m. Book group selections are 10 percent off the month before discussion at WORD.

    ABOUT THE GROUP LEADER

Tori Telfer is the author of Lady Killers: Deadly Women Throughout History, and the host of the podcast Criminal Broads. She has a serial killer anecdote for every occasion. Find her on Instagram @tori__telfer.
