ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born in 1975 in Nubri, Nepal, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is a rising star among the new generation of Tibetan Buddhist masters trained outside of Tibet. Mingyur Rinpoche teaches throughout the world, with centers on five continents.
