Dolan Morgan returns to WORD for the launch of his second book of stories, INSIGNIFICANA. He will be joined by fellow authors, Nelly Reifler and Roberto Montes.
Dolan Morgan lives and writes in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He is the author of two story collections: That's When the Knives Come Down (A|P, 2014) and INSIGNIFICANA (CCM, 2016). He is an editor at The Atlas Review and helps make things happen at Mellow Pages Library.
Nelly Reifler is the author of a story collection, See Through, and a novel, Elect H. Mouse State Judge. Her stories have appeared in McSweeney's, BOMB, jubilat, nerve.com and Lucky Peach, among others, and anthologized in books such as Lost Tribe: Jewish Fiction from the Edge and Found Magazine's Requiem for a Paper Bag. She's a Recommendations editor at Post Road, and she teaches at Sarah Lawrence College.
Roberto Montes is the author of I DON'T KNOW DO YOU, named one of the Best Books of 2014 by NPR and a finalist for the 2014 Thom Gunn Award for Gay Poetry from The Publishing Triangle, and "How to Be Sincere in Your Poetry" Workshop, a electronic chapbook published at NAPuniversityonline.com . His poetry has appeared in or is forthcoming from Whiskey Island; Forklift, Ohio; Nepantla: A Journal for Queer Poets of Color; Apogee Journal; and elsewhere.
