BK: How to Write About Music

    Come celebrate the new guidebook How to Write about Music, from the publishers of the 33 1/3 series, with a panel discussion moderated by editor Ally-Jane Grossan. Our excellent panelists include:

    Jillian Mapes is the music editor at Flavorwire and a regular contributor to Pitchfork.

    Paula Mejia is a reporter at Newsweek and author of an upcoming 33 1/3 book on The Jesus & Mary Chain's Psychocandy.

    Jenn Pelly is an associate editor at Pitchfork and author of an upcoming 33 1/3 on The Raincoats.

    Amanda Petrusich is the author of three books about music, including her latest, Do Not Sell at Any Price. She is a contributing editor at the Oxford American and teaches nonfiction writing at NYU. 

    Lindsay Zoladz is the pop critic at New York magazine.
